Hey, I'm Samar!

ScoutPro was founded by Samar Kargbo, an entrepreneur, speaker, strategist, coach, marketer, and lifelong student of human behavior.

His career has never followed a conventional path.

He has led organizations, built businesses, coached leaders, spoken to large audiences, studied leadership, developed training programs, and helped professionals navigate growth, burnout, and change. Along the way, he discovered a pattern that appears everywhere—from churches to corporations, startups to family businesses:

Real innovation frequently comes from outsiders.

As a student of leadership, organizational systems, psychology, communication, and emerging technology, Samar developed a unique perspective on marketing.
